Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to domestic cleaning services provided by GAMBOGE CHESTUTS LIMITED, trading as Gamboge Glow, to household customers in Clowne and Derbyshire.

1. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry, using Glow My Home or selecting a preferred date does not create a booking. A booking exists only once we have agreed the tasks, price and appointment with you.

2. Service area

We serve Clowne and other Derbyshire locations subject to availability. Our London address is our registered office only; we do not provide cleaning services in London.

3. Services

We provide ordinary domestic cleaning of accessible household surfaces. We do not provide hazardous-material, biohazard, industrial, pest control, asbestos or specialist restoration services. We cannot guarantee the removal of every stain or type of build-up.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted individually based on property size, requirements, frequency, location, time and agreed tasks. Payment is due as agreed in your quote.

5. Changes and cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Any cancellation terms will be confirmed with your quote.

6. Access and safety

Please make sure we can safely access the areas to be cleaned and let us know about anything we should be aware of in advance.

7. Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
